I am a mom of three children and the woman who gave birth to Tiny Human Print Co.
I launched my business in 2019 when my son Braeden kept calling me the name of his daycare teacher instead of “mommy.” He was only 1 year old.
I was heartbroken realizing he spent more time with her than he did with me, all because I worked a full-time job (that I actually hated and tried for 3 years to find something new).
What started out as a way to create freedom to balance motherhood quickly turned into a passion for empowering children to believe in themselves, enjoy learning, and to be kind to one another.
One thing you should know about me right off the bat is I am a highly emotional person – it’s the running joke in my circle. I cry over the simplest things because they hit my heart somehow and I physically feel those big feelings deep in my core and I admittedly shed a tear or two (or 1,000). I am very easily moved by anything inspirational, empowering, heartfelt, spiritual, you name it.
I have always been self conscious of how empathetic I can be but now I’m choosing to make it my superpower. I feel on a deeper level than most and hopefully this new found superpower can help inspire you to think a little deeper.
This blog is to expand the messaging that I feel so passionately about: empowering kids to believe in themselves, enjoy learning and to be kind to one another.
Underdog stories are my absolute favorite and I’m here to fuel the fire inside all children and parents take live a deeply beautiful life and to have the mental toolkit to manage being a complex human being.
From the bottom of my deeply emotional heart, thank you for being here. Truly.
